What calibration services are available?
Routine calibration (factory calibration), custom calibration for specific media, and calibration by third-party metrology institutes
What standards are used for calibration?
For specific calibration standards, please refer to the product technical documentation or contact our technical support team for confirmation.
What accuracy can be achieved after calibration?
Liquids: 0.5%/1%
Gases: 1.0%/1.5%
Can you provide a test report?
We can provide factory calibration reports and certificates. In addition, we can assist customers in obtaining third-party test reports.
The turnaround time for third-party testing is 15–30 business days; specific costs depend on the testing agency and product specifications. We can coordinate with major domestic and international testing agencies (including but not limited to SGS, BV, TÜV, CCIC, etc.). If the customer specifies a particular testing agency, we will fully cooperate to facilitate the process.
Some institutions have qualification requirements for testing items; we recommend confirming these with us in advance.
Rush services may incur additional fees depending on the institution’s policies.
